THE TERMS OF USE OF AUSTRALIA DPD
If you create a DPD account, you will have a choice to create a DPD profile for yourself and for any household participants or different persons who will be traveling with you or on whose behalf you are authorized to whole a DPD for.
When you register for a DPD account and create a DPD portal profile, the Department will gather private statistics about you including:
- Your email tackle and portal password;
- All of the small print on your passport biodata web page (including your name, date of birth, passport number, issuing country, nationality, and intercourse as proven on your passport); and
- You’re facial biometric when you take a selfie (where applicable) and a liveness detection test.
We will use these statistics to confirm your identity, control your DPD portal account, pre-fill DPD fields, talk with you about your DPD, and (if you opt-in) ship you DPD reminders and notifications. We will additionally use it to impervious your DPD App.

- (If you are developing a DPD account on behalf of some other traveler) are authorized to provide consent on behalf of the traveler for the things set out below, such as for the Department to collect, use and reveal their non-public records by the DPD Privacy Notice;
- have studied and understood the Terms of Use linked above and agree to comply with them;
- consent to the Department collecting, the usage of, and disclosing your (or any other travelers) non-public data for the functions set out above and as outlined in the DPD Privacy Notice;
- consent to the Department gathering your (or some other travelers) facial picture for the selfie and liveness detection take a look at (where applicable);
- consent to the Department collecting, the use of, and disclosing your (or some other travelers) non-public data in quite a number codecs consisting of snapshots and/or files; and
- if you are the use of the DPD App, you additionally consent to the use of the digicam in your system so that you can take a facial photograph for the selfie and liveness detection test.
