You can speed up your searches with the Google Search app. So let’s launch the app and explore its capabilities.
Android and iOS have slightly different Google Search applications. For instance, whereas iOS refers to Discover as Home, the Android version shows all news articles there. The graphics below are taken from iOS 13.
WHAT DOES THE GOOGLE APP DO?
Start off by having some fun. On the home page, click the Google logo. If there isn’t a unique Google Doodle, the vibrant dots dance briefly on the screen. To see all of its dancing steps, tap it once more.
To view a forecast on the Google Search results page, tap the weather symbol (which shows the current temperature). Although the information are minimal in contrast to a weather app, they are nevertheless sufficient to be understood at a look.
News articles, sports results, and other current events are all available on the main screen by default. To tailor the information you wish to view, log in to the app using your Google account.
Google Search is the primary feature of the application. You may either choose a search from the What’s Trending list below it or tap it to begin your search.
A stream of items that Google App believes you’ll find interesting is displayed on the home screen. Your search history, current location, and other information that Google holds about you are the sources of this data. By going to the Activity Controls tab, you may disable the tracking of your online and app activity or remove it entirely from the app.
