What does an SG Arrival Card do?
The SG Arrival Card, an electronic replacement for the traditional embarkation/disembarkation card, enables overseas visitors to Singapore to input their travel details prior to their arrival.
How do you turn in the SG Arrival Card?
The Visit Singapore Travel Guide app is the method accepted by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for submitting the SG Arrival Card and health declaration. To submit, you must first register for a Visit Singapore account. You may also submit via the smartphone app or the SG Arrival Card e-Service from ICA.
Who should turn in the SG Arrival Card?
Instead of the paper-based embarkation/disembarkation card, which has been abandoned as of 27 March 2020, all foreign tourists entering Singapore must provide the SG Arrival Card for arrival immigration clearance.

“Well, if you travel alone. The passport is correctly scanned. However, as a family of four may only have two people at the immigration station at once, our Group entry on my phone needed to be divided into two smaller groups. Very cumbersome and time-consuming, undermining the purpose of the app’s effectiveness. The officers and guards asked us to put our phones away at the ferry entrance point from Bintan, but how can I do so since you created the Arrival Card as a smartphone app?
