The app is pretty easy to use and I find the filters are far more accurate than on eBay. Sellers tend to also be far more responsive in comparison to eBay as well, often replying within the hour. The only improvement I could suggest would be to make the Price, buyer protection free and postage all visible on the same screen rather than having to scroll to find them.

I really like the app. Especially now that it tells you the real cost of the items as they show you the price with the buyer protection now, so it’s a lot clearer how much something will actually be. The only issue I have is that the language randomly changes to french sometimes, which is incredibly annoying and I can’t fix this in the language section. Can you please try and fix this bug that effects so many people. Other than that I’ve bought loads from here. It’s good.

Extra: it would be great to see other people’s offer on an article – I would love to receive notifications when a new item is listed on my favorite brands page. – delete accounts that are inactive and/or remove articles if the seller doesn’t extend the visibility after a certain time period.

Doesn’t always easily find what you are looking for, the database search engine misses a lot. I like it. It is annoying that when the seller sends an item that is faulty and not put in the description that the buyer pays for the return. If the seller doesn’t state the item for sale is faulty they should be made to pay for the return postage. Fantastic site apart from the sellers who try to mislead and con the buyers.
