This business is the finest!
I’ve occasionally received single bath bombs in instead of gift boxes with some of my large orders. With one bath bomb having the same name as the present box and them just sending the bath bomb and not the gift box, I can understand where the errors occurred. I spoke with customer support, and all I needed to do was snap a few photos and email them. They sent out the missing package for me and expedited shipping. I wish more retailers would offer the excellent customer care that lush has given me.

We got the chance to go there when we made our first trip to San Francisco with my spouse. Pier 93, I believe. We purchased several bath bombs and massage bars, both of which were fantastic!
