WHAT IS NEXTDOOR?

You may sign up for Nextdoor online or through the app’s website, which is available for iOS and Android.

HOW TO USE NEXTDOOR
It’s simple to start a new topic. The Nextdoor website’s main page has a text box at the top (on mobile devices, press the + symbol to open it). Choose a category for the post before writing it, such as a suggestion, an item for sale, a safety issue, a lost and found item, or a general update. Make sure to choose who may read your post before you submit it. Within the app, posts may be made visible to all users, simply your area, or a particular private group.
You may start your own group or join existing public groups in your area by selecting the Groups option.
By searching for neighbors under the Neighbors page, you may add people to your neighbors list depending on the streets they reside on. Any neighbor who has their messages open can receive messages.
Pet owners in your neighborhood may be found in a directory under the Pets tab. If a pet is discovered or lost, you can utilize this page to identify the owner using the pet’s photo.
Any updates—urgent or not—in your region will be sent to you via the Notifications page. Go to your Nextdoor notification settings page to change how you get notifications.
